About Tiba of Sweden

  • The company is based in Ljungby. The company’s mailing address is Hasselstigen 7.
  • If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to kontakt@tibaofsweden.se with your inquiry and your contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.

Ordering

  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all information about the products, prices, billing and shipping address.
  • If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@tibaofsweden.se

Delivery

  • Our normal delivery times are 2-6 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after.
  • If there are any delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: kontakt@tibaofsweden.se

Prices

  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the price due to price changes from the supplier, errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you have received an ordered item.

When using your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us that you want to use your right of withdrawal. The notification must be sent to us at info@tibaofsweden.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
  • You are responsible for the shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the depreciation of the product’s value from the refund amount in case of a used or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (plombated) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (plombering) has been broken by you.
  • Products that are characterized as sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically to you or have a clear personal touch based on your preferences.
  • Services that have been fulfilled and where you have explicitly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
  • Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims

  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to correct the error at no cost to you.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How to proceed with a complaint?

  • Any defects and defects should always be reported to info@tibaofsweden.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we fail to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of liability

  • We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products’ appearance since there may be a slight difference in color depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

  • Under the law on electronic communication, visitors to a website must be informed, for privacy reasons, that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. We value your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without a legal basis.
  • Tiba Of Sweden is responsible for the processing of personal information that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to manage your order and, in the cases where you have requested a newsletter or promotional offer, to customize marketing to your individual needs.

In order to handle your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.

Payment provider

  • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The stored information includes first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also saved by the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Card payment, Swish, Stripe.

Shipping company

To be able to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping company we cooperate with is: DHL.

Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use [specific platform] for sending out newsletters.

Right of access

You have the right to obtain a copy of all information we have about you. The information will be provided electronically in a readable format.

Right to rectification

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

Dispute and choice of law

  • In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.   • In case of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
